This study aims to assess the level and types of bacterial contamination present on door handles of public restrooms and public facilities. Door handles are frequently touched surfaces that may serve as potential reservoirs for pathogenic microorganisms and contribute to the transmission of infectious diseases. The research will involve the collection and microbiological analysis of samples from door handles in selected public locations to identify bacterial species and determine the extent of contamination. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable data on hygiene conditions in public facilities and support the development of effective infection prevention and control measures to protect public health.
