This study is a retrospective study that aims to investigate the epidemiology and antimicrobial susceptibility patterns of bloodstream infections among oncological patients at Al-Daman Hospital, Merowe Locality, Sudan, during 2025–2026. Data will be collected retrospectively from patients’ medical records and laboratory records, including demographic characteristics, clinical information, blood culture results, identified microorganisms, and antimicrobial susceptibility patterns. The study will provide information about the distribution of bloodstream infections and the antimicrobial resistance patterns among oncological patients, which may help support appropriate antimicrobial therapy and improve infection management.
