Objectives [1]General Objective: To study the epidemiology, Clinical Profile and management challenges of Metastatic Colo_rectal cancer in merowe Medical city during the Sudan Conflict (July /2023___December/2025) [2] Specific objectives: * To identify socio_demographic characteristics and epidemiological characteristics of the study participants * To determine clinical presentation among study participants * To identify management modalities among study participants * To determine clinical outcome among study participants * To assess the associations between participants characteristics (Age, Gender, Management modalities and delayed seeking medical care) and their clinical outcome
