This study aims to determine the proportion of blood pressure control and identify the clinical and behavioral factors associated with blood pressure control among adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus attending Jameeh Diabetes Hospital in Dongola City, Northern State, Sudan. It focuses on factors associated with uncontrolled blood pressure, such as obesity, poor glycemic control, medication non-adherence, excessive salt intake, and physical inactivity. The findings may help identify modifiable risk factors and guide appropriate interventions to improve patient care and reduce complications associated with diabetes and hypertension.
