Brief Description of Research
Research Objectives: To assess diabetic patients’ knowledge of hypoglycemia symptoms, causes, risk factors, and appropriate management. Study Design: A descriptive, hospital-based cross-sectional study at El-Gameeh Diabetes Hospital in Dongola, Sudan. Methodology: Convenience sampling will be used to select eligible diabetic patients aged 18 years or older. Data Collection and Analysis: Data will be collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26 or later. Expected Outcomes: To identify knowledge gaps and associated factors and provide evidence to improve patient education about hypoglycemia.
